If you don’t filter your water, your body is the filter!

Support Healthy Water

As a parent, I strongly believe it is our responsibility to protect our children from harm. Once my daughter was born, I became much more aware of the challenge of providing clean, healthy water for her, my wife, as well as my own health.

Did you know:

  • In a German study, which sampled water sold in plastic bottles from around the world, found an average of 24,500 chemicals, including maleates and fumarates. In adults, these chemicals can trigger diabetes, heart disease, and cancer. Effects on children can include stunted growth, early puberty, premature birth, infertility and early menopause.
  • A study conducted by the Associated Press discovered a vast array of pharmaceuticals or byproducts in treated drinking water of at least 41 million Americans including antibiotics, mood stabilizers and sex hormones.

If you don’t filter your water, your body is the filter. I certainly don’t want my daughter to be the filter. What can we do to ensure the water that our families are drinking is safe and clean?

Choose Stanford Water System, a compact, portable, and affordable water filter system using Reverse Osmosis technology, which is capable of removing contaminants that filter pitchers like Brita can’t, including lead, mercury, arsenic, fluoride, pharmaceuticals, coppers and many others.  In the example below, we use a precipitator to test the water contaminants comparing Stanford Water System and other filtration methods like bottled water and carbon pitcher. As you can see in this test, the other two alternatives had more contaminants, which resulted in a darker color.

And unlike its predecessors the Stanford Water System is much smaller; it is as compact as a 16oz water bottle. You can take it for traveling and camping. The economy factor also sets this product apart. For only $79 in filter costs, your Stanford Water System can produce 400 Gallons of filtered water a year.

Via Indiegogo, a crowdfunding platform, we are seeking additional funds to help fund volume production and obtain the necessary certifications to make this product accessible to lower income families using Government subsidies. On top of that, for every funded unit on Indiegogo, our company will donate $4 to Charity: Water, a non-profit organization that brings safe and clean water to people in developing nations.

So please join our journey and help making healthy water more accessible for everyone.
